Governance and Accountability

The Governance Board has been designed along best practice principles. The Board’s role is to ensure that all activities undertaken support, and are consistent with, our vision, values and principles and that there are auditable standards.

The initial Governance Board members are:
• Dr. Ian Allsop
• Dr. Linda Davey
• Dr. Helen Thompson

The Governance Board ensures that Enterprises and Initiatives focus on a limited range of key activities, that focus is maintained and that investment funds flow to initiatives that are ‘Feasible, Fundable, Repeatable, Aligned to Purpose & Standards’.

The Governance Board:
• Approves and Coordinates Plans
• Allocates Resources, and
• Provides help.

• Communications.
